Episode 9 - Not Understanding the Truth

In my survey of Christians last year, almost one person in ten felt that there was an issue with churches not understanding the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the overall messages of the New Covenant. In this episode I examine some possible reasons for this, and what we as individuals can and should do about it.

Episode 8 - Apathy in the Christian Church

My survey of Christians last year showed that around 10% of them believed there was too much apathy in the modern Christian church. We look today at some of the issues that may lead to this idea and what can be done to overcome this for members of the church.

Episode 7 - Christians Living in Defeated Lives

Continuing with looking at responses to my survey of Christians last year, a large number were concerned that the church is not helping Christians who are living in defeated lives. This is a sad situation and I consider the matter this week to identify causes and what can be done to reverse this for individuals.

Here we will delve into why this may be an issue, what causes such issues, and how to overcome this critical matter.

Christians struggling with Spiritual Warfare

All Christians will have to fight the good fight in the Spirit. But in my survey of Christians, many indicated they struggle with spiritual warfare. This is closely linked to the last episode about overcoming the flesh.

Here we will examine how to be fully armoured and ready to do battle in the Spirit so as to be an overcomer in Jesus Christ.

Christians struggling to overcome the flesh

The third highest ranked issue in my survey of Christians personal problems with their walk in Christ, was to do with their struggles to over come the flesh.

This is a critical matter for many Christians and here we will look at what the problems may be, and how they might be overcome.

Why is it that some Christians have difficulty focussing on Jesus?

The second highest response in my survayof Christians concerning their personal problems and issues was that they struggle to focus on Jesus.

In this episode we look at some of the issues and how they might be overcome.

Why do Christians Lack Discipline?

In a recent survey on my website at freegiftfromgod.com I asked Christians to advise what they felt were their own personal greatest issues or problems in following Christ Jesus.

The number one issue they told me was a lack of discipline. In this podcast I look at the scriptures regarding this matter, and some potential solutions.
